Thanks to stash from my last two Roots and Shoots CSA food baskets I had an artist's palette of carrots and potatoes.
When I decided to make Chicken Pot Pie, I knew I was going to have comfort in colour.
That is a fine looking Chicken Pot Pie - love all the colours! I think I'm going to have to make one soon myself.
